Located directly off of the Quakertown exit (#44) on the PA Turnpike NE Extension, QICC is ideally situated for easy access to Philadelphia and major population centers across the northeast. CFC Logistics was the first tenant in the park, building a 155,000 SF cold storage facility that was finished in 2002. The project was acquired by Catellus Development Corporation in 2003.
