Richland Commerce Center

Richland Commerce Center is moving closer to reality as Caracor has won a zoning overlayment allowing the construction of flex/industrial buildings on the site. With an average usable lot size of 3-5 acres, it is anticipated that building sizes will range from 30,000 to 50,000 SF. Once Richland Commerce Center is fully built-out, the site is expected to have approximately 500,000 SF of total building space.

Located within an EXT - Extraction Zone, the property has been granted an overlay of G17 - Flex Buildings, which permits several uses, including: Financial Establishment, Repair Shop, Athletic Facility, Manufacturing, Research, Wholesale Business, Wholesale Storage or Warehousing, Office, Medical Office, Printing, Contracting, Crafts and Mill.

 

The supply of similar sites in the local market is scarce, limiting competition and making Richland Commerce Center an attractive location for any business looking for build-to-suit opportunities.
